I love the ease of the process in buying this bed and have had it only a few weeks. I chose and 8 because everyone has a different presence of firmness. This maybe too firm so some.

To early to choose 10, mattress seems soft, I am worried it will be too soft in 1 year. Ask me again in 1 year.

The speediness with which we received our mattresses coupled by the comfort makes this a stellar purchase! So far we are very happy! Firm but with a little squish, hits the sweet spot so far!

I purchased this for my 81 year old father. I put it on an adjustable bed frame. He was very reluctant at first about the bed and mattress. Well, he loves it!!! I have laid on it and currently have multiple back and hip problems. Right away I can feel it support my arch in my back. I'm next for the mattress!
