First of all, the bed is very comfortable!
But the whole experience has been positive, from the short time between ordering and delivery, to ease and interest in the unfurling, and even the mattress cover with subtle name embedded is nice to see.

My granddaughter loves her new big girl bed. Its amazingly comfortable and she sleeps great transitioning from a toddler bed. Love it!!
