I don't know what the hype is all about for foam or why they have such high reviews but I know i am definitely not a firm mattress person. I replaced my 8 year old pillow top spring mattress with yours and I am struggling to like it. I am a side sleeper and there isn't a night I haven't tossed and turned and woke up in pain. Your site recommends two weeks before return so I am waiting and hoping it gets better.

Haven't had it long enough to give it a fair 10. We received it the day after we ordered it! It is very soft feeling, yet supportive. We are still getting adjusted to a new mattress.

Because it's the best mattress I've ever slept on in my whole life! Not too firm, not too soft. Comfortable but supportive. Love it!
