I like your mattress very much and you were a great help to me when I was buying it. The mattress is very comfortable and I sleep soundly on it. Because of your instructions I was able to handle it all by myself without any trouble !! Thank you for a lovely night's sleep! Elise

Bed seems great so far, though my back pain hasn't gone away entirely. But I'm not sure that's the fault of the bed. It's definitely better than with the old mattress, and it doesn't sleep hot, which was my husband's big worry.
My six-month-old son has a lot more trouble sitting on this bed than on an innerspring mattress, but that's a very specific, temporary, and kind of hilarious problem (timmmmber!).

Not only am I "Very likely" to recommend Tuft & Needle to a friend, I already have. We love the mattress so far, and the value can't be beat.

I didn't pick 10 because a mattress is a personal choice...and I don't feel I'm qualified to tell someone what they need for a mattress. Just because we were in the market for a memory foam mattress that gets shipped directly to the house, doesn't mean it would be what my 65 year old neighbor in the market for a new king mattress would want. I think he is attached to his springs.
But, we are VERY happy with our mattress after a week. The service was great, the shipping was fast and we are sleeping well!

It's such an awesome mattress everything about it was/is easy to manage. From the point of opening to the first night sleep. It's lightweight, comfy, fresh, and just Brilliant!!
