The delivery process you described was totally accurate! We are in the second week of our new bed. The bed itself is very comfortable and has really helped our sleep. We have never had a foam mattress before. I hope the coolness really works because we live in Florida!

We had a great night sleep on day one. The bed is comfortable, just the right balance of softness and firmness. With a little struggle to get the bed up three flights of stairs on my own, it set up easily. It is also, as advertised, not a "hot" mattress. When we can fit a king sized bed in our room, we are coming back!
