Love the mattress, easy and straight forward. Arrived and acts exactly the way the video shows. The mattress itself is firm and comfortablle, very pleasing. Only negative is that the mattress has a pretty potent smell when unpacked. We made up our bed right away and that night had a headache from the smell as we tried to fall asleep. Would probably be wise to open and let air out for a day or two before you are ready to use your mattress.

Best mattress I've ever owned. Had a 12" Serta 4 layer memory foam mattress before getting my T&N mattress and it doesn't compare in any way! The T&N has way more support and I don't sink in which is what I wanted! I don't have to roll around to get out of bed. I live in West Texas so it gets hot! And I have not been sweating at night unlike on my previous Serta mattress. In all this mattress is ideal for me me and my wife. I'm 5'9" 250lbs so this mattress can support your over average body weight person. My wife is pregnant and needs extra support for her back and big belly plus she is a side sleeper and I'm more of a flat back kind of guy. She had issues sleeping at night with our old mattress, but has been sleeping very comfortable and no pains in her spine and shoulders! We also go to sleep quicker it seems and of we wake up in the middle of the night we can go back to sleep with ease. Oh and the price is the best I've found on the market. You just can't go wrong with this mattress! Bottom line I love my T&N mattress and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a good affordable mattress.
