We're currently not sleeping the greatest on the bed. Both are waking up with back and neck pain that we didn't have on the old mattress and don't have when we sleep on a different mattress. I think the company is great and I think the product is very good, I just don't think it is working for us. We're going to give it a little more time and see, but looking like we might return it.

It's very comfortable but the foam seems kind of hot. I mean, I think my kid's body seems to be getting hotter than it normally does when he's in bed. Too soon to tell, though.

It is a vast improvement to my 20 year old mattress. However, I was hoping to have more back pain relief. Maybe if I tried a mattress topper it would help. My husband (who likes to sleep on hardwood floors) loves the firmness level.

The process from ordering to shipping to receiving was flawless. The mattress didn't have a bad or overly manufactured smell to it. Within seconds it unrolled and puffed up to its full size. The bed is comfortable and stable. My husband and I haven't gone mattress hunting in ten years because of our last experience with mattress buying. We really needed a new mattress and my sister suggested Tuft&Needle. I will in turn pass on the tip to others I meet looking for a mattress!
