Still in our trial period, but still not 100% sold. It's comfortable if I'm on my back, but I have to lay on my side for my hip, and the mattress is a bit squishy for rolling over. Also, we sit in bed at night to watch tv and it's so squishy we sink in. All the promises were cushion without the sink ... so I'm still debating.

The price was fair! To soon on comfort, only have been sleeping on it for a week!

Prompt delivery and mattress was as described. The mattress was purchased for when granddaughter visits, so need a few more sleep cycles to fully evaluate.

Comfortable bed has improved my sleep. The recent price hike and newer, cheaper foam mattresses on the market just makes it harder to set itself apart from those other options. Everything else is A+

The whole experience so far has been very pleasurable, and has met or exceeded my expectations (delivery time, packaging, ease of ordering, ease of setup, etc). The quality of the mattress itself is, at best, "meets expectations" for a mattress costing half as much as its chief competitors, and 1/5th as much as a conventional one.
