We saw that it worked on box spring platform, while some other memory foam did not. We like the free shipping too.

We originally loved bed now i have a hole where i sleep But in the beds defense i am over 300 But we are leaning to returning it and getting at least a hybrid so my weight has some coil support
So tecnically i would say like an 8 for rating for a normal size person But i am bigger than most
