Happy with the company so far, about to find out about the return policy. Mattress is not working out for either my husband or myself. So the 8 is TBT.

The bed feels good, but I don't feel comfortable giving it a higher mark until I've had it longer.

I have recommended Tuft & Needle already. Love how firm the bed is; I don't sink! It was also very easy to get through the house and into our room.

Ive only had the mattress for a few weeks but already notice a big difference in my sleep, as well as huge improvements in the way my neck, back, and entire body feels after a good nights' sleep.
