I hate to only give this mattress two stars. The shipping and delivery was great, but the mattress itself is way too hard for me. I wake up every morning with back & neck pain that I never had before.

We absolutely love our bed, so we got another one for our guest room. Had some friend spend the weekend and they were curious what kind of mattress it was because they slept better than they had in a long time.
No complaints, I sleep like a baby! Oh and did I mention I'm pregnant and I still love it?

This is a very comfortable mattress. In a perfect world, I would like it to be firmer, but I really haven't found another foam mattress on the market that advertises a high amount of firmness. I would say this is a great compromise for couples or families with different sleep preferences, because it's a good mix of cushy-ness and support. The T&N mattress protector fits exactly right, and it's the best I've ever used, which is the main reason I wanted to stay with this brand.
