Delivery was free AND fast, the bed was SO easy to move with the built in handles on the box, and set up was FUN! On top of all of all of that, the bed is incredibly comfortable! Thank you!

I did not mean to press the 10 button. I do not like this mattress. I wish that I had rejected it when I had the chance. It hurts my shoulders and my hips and gets worse every day. Im giving it a 0.

Without knowing what their looking for I would go for 9, but if thy where looking for a bit firmer bed then I would give a 10.

The bed is comfortable, King. We replaced a queen spring.
Pros: We sleep a bit better. Less movement side to side. (She no longer wakes when I move) . No need for a boxspring. ** shipping was great*
