It was time for a new mattress and this was my first adult purchase. It was super easy to set up and there are plenty of online videos to show you how. I liked this mattress 3 days in, but unfortunately noticed that the edges were too soft. Also, it is really easy to sink into the mattress sometimes.
I have to say Tuff and Needle's customer service is shockingly amazing! I would give them 10 stars. They are so professional, nice, quick, and easy. They made me feel bad for returning the mattress... If I could afford it right now I would get their hybrid mattress.

I wasn't sure how I would feel about this mattress when I ordered it because I hadn't tried foam before and prefer a firmer mattress than most people; when using a traditional mattress, I sleep on it with no topper. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that this mattress is soft when I want to flop onto a cushy surface but firmly supportive when I'm sleeping. I've had it for two years and have no back pain. The only downside is that I now love naps a lot more than I used to.

No longevity

I bought an original T&N mattresses 3 years ago online. For the first 2 years, it was perfect. In 2020, I began to notice that one edge began to sag and the mattress widen at the midpoint width wise. I am a single male at 175 lbs, and do not think that these changes can be attributed to my size or use of the mattress. I’m unhappy with the money that I spent and will look elsewhere for a new mattress.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My boyfriend and I just moved into our first apartment, and we wanted to upgrade to a king sized mattress. I looked at other brands, but chose Tuft & Needle based on reviews and price. It was well worth the hype! The delivery was prompt, the box provided easy storage until we moved, and the directions were easy. As for the mattress, this is the best sleep either one of us has ever received. The mattress is the perfect combination of firm and soft. Would recommend to anyone.
