Not 10 inches!

We bought this mattress and it seems to be comfortable so far. My complaint is that is says it’s 10 inches in height, however it barely reaches 9 inches. These measurements are important when you buy a frame and headboard that is platform based. We now have a big gap in height from the mattress to headboard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only supportive for a few months

We bought this mattress in April of 2017. It was very comfortable for both of us (husband side sleeper, myself - stomach) but after about 6 months we started rolling to the middle and you could feel it losing support. Now almost two years later we are both waking up very uncomfortable, it’s even hard to sit up in bed because your body drops down so much (we are average sized people). I’m so irritated we spent money on this
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

3 years later and still love it

I bought a king size mattress 3 years ago and we still love it. I prefer a firm mattress because it feels better on my joints - mainly hips and knees. (I'm in my mid-thirties and the joint pain started when I was pregnant with my first.) We had a traditional memory foam 5+ years ago and it slept so hot. This mattress sleeps cool. We loved Tuft & Needle so much that we ended up buying two sheet sets and two king size pillows. Today I bought a twin bed for my toddler.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I thought the mattress was very comfortable but I am not a back sleeper. I had friends stay with me and they thought the mattress was very hard. I guess I will have to get some sort of topper.

We purchased this for my daughter. We sleep on a temperputic mattress so I’m used to a firm mattress, but this is a ROCK.

Hot, Not Cooling

Quick delivery. Comfort is fine although not the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on. Biggest complaint is that the mattress gets hot after sleeping in one area and/position for a while. I can literally feel the heat under my back and just overall not very cooling. I would return it if I wasn’t so lazy.
