ordering was easy, delivery was quick, easy set up. Bed is so comfy, I gave it a 9 only because I've had it for a week so I don't know how it holds up long term.

I wanted a mattress that gives support, but cushions pressure points. This mattress does exactly that. I've been sleeping so much better since I got this mattress. I wake up without shoulder pain for the first time in such a long time. It works great for me

The mattress is very comfortable, receiving and set up was a breeze. The mattress gets hot at night is the only issue I have at the moment.
