I had back surgery about 5 yrs ago and since getting this bed I have been able to get up in the morning with no pain or stiffness. I also no longer wake up in the middle of the night because of pain, so more sleep and a more productive day. Fantastic bed.

I'm not sure yet. One thing I don't care for about it is how low it is relative to my old mattress. But I'm still trying to decide about the comfort part.
