Only have been sleeping on it a short time. My neck has been hurting. I think I may need to get one of your pillows. As far as ease of order and delivery - you get a 10. I am sure the score will increase after a few more nights : )

Mattress is comfortable and does not cause any pressure points. Buying is super simple. Moving it to the bed frame and installing is simple and the 100 day trial takes away all the risk. It may take awhile to get used to it if you've always had a different type of mattress, hence the guarantee.

I like it very much. I was surprised at how easily I slide of the edges, however. I've already told many people that I like it.

absolutely love the mattress for sleeping, but find the side too soft for sitting on. Not sure how well it will hold up if I keep sitting on the side.
