The process of ordering was great. The mattress did not have an odor-that was great. The price was great. My low score is only because the mattress is too firm and is hurting my back-even after 3 weeks now. We will likely send it back. But if you like a firm mattress you will like this.

My husband and I love it! We've had amazing sleeps since getting the mattress. Both of us occasionally suffer from back pain and haven't experiences any from our new Tuft & Needle!

I love the quality of the mattress. Its so nice to be in a bed that does not get hot and since I toss and turn its nice to not have my wife wake up because i'm moving
