The ease of Ordering, and the delivery time is the #1 thing. The mattresses could be a little more softer, but I came from a waterbed.

Tuft & Needle had clear instructions on how to set up the bed and delivery was prompt. And of course, the bed is very comfortable.

I've only slept on it for 4 days and it's the best sleep I've had. Im comfortable and do not have any aches when I wake and it I move without waking my husband. Will Def recommend to anyone !
