Like the mattress and it was affordable, so thus far, I give it a 9. Not a 10 because it's not the BOMB, but it's close thus far.

It feels firm but not like a brick. In previous mattress was very hot the tuft and needle I don't wake up sweating. Husband has hip problems and is sleeping a lot better. Thank you

It's the best sleep I've ever had. I can go to bed after a night of drinking and wake up perfectly fine.

Love the chat feature... so many questions answered quickly. Love 'shipping in a box'. Mattress only 10" and will fit on our adult sized bunks. Wish mattresses had side straps for even easier lifting but do love the look and feel of the mattresses.

I absolutely love my new mattress. I had a sleep number bed for many years that I dearly loved, but had to give it up. Then I bought a Sealy Posturepedic with a pillow top thinking it would be good for my back, since I had back problems. It was uncomfortable, caused me to have a lot of pain in my back and hips, and I was always hot. So, I started researching on the Internet and found tuft and needle and your bed sounded like it was just what I needed, the perfect thickness and firmness , at a fair price. I finally got up the nerve and ordered one and it is just right. I no longer wake up with my back and hips hurting and I do not get hot during the night. It is wonderful to have found such a comfortable bed. Thank you for such quality at a good price. I would recommend this bed to any and all of my friends. Keep up the great job and may God Bless you for not taking advantage of people.

So far the bed is pretty comfortable. I have only been sleeping on the bed a couple weeks so not ready to give full recommendation. If anything it is a bit harder than I would have chosen but that is hardly the fault if Tuft & Needle. I didn't try one out at your store, though 5 minutes laying on a bed hardly counts as a test drive, I have had back problems for years so just about any bed will take time to adjust to.
