The product is very good. The convenience of ordering and delivering I could not ask for anything better. Being 60 years old by myself I was able to set the mattress up with very little effort. Your video of unpacking was concise very easy to follow. I am very pleased with my purchase from the ordering, the delivery to the set up.

We've only had two chances to sleep on the mattress. It's really comfy to fall asleep on, the first night we woke up pretty sore. The second night was a bit better but my neck was still very sore. Time will tell.

I am thoroughly pleased with my new Tuft & Needle mattress. It's light and so comfortable. I feel rested and everyone who comes over and lays on it raves about it and wants one!

I have only had the mattress for a few days but the difference between it and traditional mattresses is night and day. I am able to sleep through the night which is incredible because I have had sleeping issues since I was a kid. I absolutely love my T&N mattress.

I have never slept so well on a mattress before. Granted it is my first memory foam mattress. It stopped smelling after only a couple days. So far it is of solid quality and was a fair price compared to others.
