Very easy process. We love the mattress so far. Just nothing to complain about. As long as this mattress continues to perform as promised, we will continue to brag about it!

Easy ordering process, one price for all customers and fast delivery. Easy to move king size mattress up stairs. Simple set up. Good night sleep from night one.

Honestly it's a nice mattress but I needed 3 of them for a vacation home, so I bought one from you and one Purple. The Purple, despite being $399 more in cost is by far more comfortable and supportive. I doubt many people get to try both at the same time, and as noted your mattress was good, but theirs was great.

It has only been a few weeks...we are still not sure this is what we expected. Ask again in a few months.

So far, so good. If they back up the warranty like they say they do, I'll buy three more mattresses. Time will tell.
