Delivery and setup was easy. The mattress is comfortable and very affordable compared to box store brands.

I started at 10 but lowered it to 8 as I haven't slept on it for even a month yet. Still, it is the most comfortable mattress I've owned.

We really wanted to love the mattress, but we don't :( It's too firm for me and my back is really stiff and sore in the morning. We plan on returning it.

I've been using a water bed for many, many years so the change got our children's attention. One of our son recommended your bed and I decided to try it. Our children were interested on how we liked it. They never thought I would get away from a water bed. (My old water bed started leaking)

I absolutely love my new mattress. I have had a great sleep every night so far. It really doesn't let you sink in and you stay stay supported the whole night. Heat build up isn't a problem at all. I sleep comfortably and don't wake up drenched in sweat. I love the Tuft & Needle mattress.
