How fast it was delivered, how comfortable it is, and how affordable it was ---- that combination. Also, it was nice that there were only 2 choices and not a million options.

I’m not sure I love the firmness of the mattress or the smell. I am sure both of these will resolve over time. We are considering the mattress topper but don’t want to spend more money if we won’t love it.

Hi there! Feedback: I am definitely sleeping better than I was with the previous (firm) mattress I was sleeping on, however I’m still not sleeping well. I wake up with a sore lower back and neck and I think I may need something a bit softer. TN was recommended by my former boss among many others and had amazing reviews so I was very excited to get mine and love it. Thank you so much for reaching out for customer feedback.
