I only have a product now for about three weeks however I worry that it's a little too firm for me. I am considering returning it.

Great mattress, bought a second one when I moved and gave my original one to a friend.
It’s not as soft as others which is more comfortable to me.

We wish the mattress was more firm. In addition, the edges are higher than the interior, making the occupants roll towards the center of the bed. This is physically noticeable. This problem has existed since it arrived. We were hoping time would allow it to relax, but it has not.

When we had a mold issue with the mattress you guys took care of it all. Great customer service!! And of course the price is so much more reasonable than other mattress companies.

I now own five tuft and needle mattresses so I am a happy customer. I must add that I like my original from a number of years ago the best. I feel that the newer ones are a bit softer but are still comfortable. Ease of order, delivery and set up are great.
