So, I've danced my entire life and lived with the aches and pains that come with it. Sleep is so important and when my old mattress started to sag and make me wake up all wonky, I knew it was time to go. I had slept really well while visiting a friend and asked her where she got hers. That's how I landed, literally on a Tuft & Needle mattress. I visited the Glendale store to make sure that was the firmness I wanted and drove off with my mattress-in-a-box! I was nervous about the inflation and possible fumes, but there were NONE and after letting the mattress settle for an hour, I put on the sheet set and voila! Now I wake up less sore than when I went to sleep and my husband doesn't rustle when I'm being a night owl. Yay!

We were a bit nervous to buy a bed-in-a-box, but it was fantastic. Within about 20 minutes it was completely inflated/well-formed, except for one corner that took a bit longer. We had heard there would be a smell for a few days, but we did not notice it. It's very comfortable and we love it!

Was recommended by a friend. Side sleeper formerly on a box spring. My expectations were high and were not met. The bed is bad. It’s okay but my sleep isn’t markedly improved by any means and I have some new onset lower back stiffness after using it for several months which I hope isnt directly related. I wouldn’t bother writing a negative review if i hadn’t been asked to but for the price point I can say it is not worth the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tuft & Needle are the only mattress I will buy for our vacation rental. It is comfortable, affordable and consistent in quality. I just wished Tuft & Needle had a greater selection of depths to their mattresses so I could buy more.
