We had an moderately expensive individually wrapped coil spring mattress with memory foam topper. We tried everything from adding another 3 inches of memory foam to sleeping on the reverse side with and without the extra foam to adding supports to sleeping on the box spring with memory foam - nothing helped our back, hip, and neck pains. Together we way about 300 lbs on a queen size mattress.
We immediately felt the difference the first night on the TN mattress and every night since has been great.
Super fast shipping and great value tied it all together for a well researched decision we are glad we made.

Customer Support is great. Not only are they knowledgeable but also willing and able to help. The mattress was exactly as they said it would be. This is my 3td mattress. It is perfect for the money. The box spring recommended also really helped to give great support

Amazing delivery, follow-up and product. I'm actually sleeping at night and not rolling around trying for a comfortable position. Best part.....NO morning backache! Love it!

Mattress is ok. Me and my husband are big people. I think we would benefit more from a thinker mattress. My back and hips have been bothering me since we have been using it.

My husband loves the mattress! He says it is so comfortable with no break-in period. We loved that it came via mail in a box which saved us from borrowing a truck to pick up a huge mattress. We definitely recommend Tuft and Needle.
