I would recommend it with an explanation that it might take some time for their body to adjust. It took my back over a week to adjust to it. I was quite sore waking up. I had read somewhere before purchasing that this might occur so I decided to wait. I'm happy I waited.

The purchase was for my daughter( 5'7 120pds) who was having back issue with her previous mattress. Since using the Tuft & Needle she can sleep thru the night without any back discomfort. I on the other hand have slept in the bed and I wake up with discomfort (5'5 130pds). I'm a side sleeper and the bed is to firm for me. Thanks.

I think your bed is very comfortable. For me though it did not work out but that's because of my lumbar spine problems.
