Ordered our mattress on a Wednesday evening, received it Friday afternoon. My wife and I have been sleeping on it for over a week. It's amazing! No more back or hip pain. So incredibly comfortable! Not too firm-not too soft. Glad we saw the billboard driving through San Antonio and looked you guys up. We're public school teachers, so are not exactly swimming in cash. We've needed a new mattress for years now, but couldn't be bothered with all of the confusion and high dollar options. Thank you, thank you, thank you for this amazing and affordable product! It's rare these days that a product lives up to, let alone exceeds expectations. Tuft and Needle has done that!

As of right now, the bed is too soft and squishy in our opinion. I also feel every movement my husband makes. We plan on giving it more time in hopes that it gets better.

Loved the whole buying process. Such a great way to buy a mattress, not only affordable, but easy to move if you're by yourself. Comfort is wonderful. If you're in question as to whether these mattress says have a good support, let me answer with a resounding yes. Bad back? Covered. Low back pain? Covered. A number 10 in my book. Thank you for your ingenuity!
