Easy ordering process. Very quick shipment. Easy to install. Far more comfortable than my "Sleep Number" bed.

Knowing that T&N mattresses are firmer, I would recommend it to friends who prefer firm mattresses.

I so want to like this company and mattress. So far company is good. But the mattress isn't improving my sleep. Even my daughter keeps asking to sleep on a different bed. I think it might not be supportive enough for us. It's hasn't been two weeks yet, so I'm waiting. But I'm also still waking up with an achey back. In fact, my back seems worse than on my 20 year old mattress and box spring.

great price and great product. also your support got rid of all my fears of what happens if i do not like it(exceptional support). You should provide a pillow with this to take it to next level.

My son says his new bed is very comfortable. It has been a week since we got it. The slight smell at the beginning made me choose 8.
