I have been almost pain free in the morning. Which is amazing! I'm hoping that another week or two of adjusting to the mattress will be even better. This is the first time in a year that I have been able to sleep on my left side without pain.
I have not needed service, but the care for the customer is a 10!

Price, efficiency in ordering and shipping. Made in USA! Seems very comfy, but is in guest room so no one has slept on it yet.

So far, I don't have any complaints. I enjoy going to bed at night and I find it somewhat difficult to get out of bed in the morning LOL. I've had it for almost three weeks, we'll see in a month or two, I'm hopeful I will keep enjoying it.

The only reason I didn't get Tuft & Needle a full 10 is because I'm still curious about how the mattress will hold up. So far I am sleeping better and much more comfortable than on my old standard mattress, and the price made it very doable to try this mattress.
