It is actually effective at keeping me cooler, and I don't feel my partner move. It's also nice and firm.

Every night has been restful since we got our mattress. I used to flip and flop all night (regular mattress with memory foam topper), and often woke up sweaty - not any more!

I have always (at least as long as I can remember) had a back ache and more recently knee pain when I sleep at night and get up in the morning. Also a bit of an insomniac. No longer. First night slept all through the night and got up with almost no aches and pains (still have a few little ones but nothing like before). I don't wake up every time my husband gets up and sleep through the night, waking refreshed. Amazing!
