Order process was easy and straight forward. Shipping was completed within reasonable time frame. The bed itself is comfortable. However, all in all, bed is overpriced. We ordered this bed based on a recommendation of a friend, but there are other beds as comfortable at much less cost.

Easy to order and unpack. Seems a bit light and "unstable" so need to see how it performs over time.
