Seems well made and is starting to get more comfortable but I've only had it like 3 weeks so I couldn't give it a 10 but does feel like it gives good support all over in any position you sleep in.

The mattress is absolutely the best I have ever purchased. Best night sleep in a very long time. Love it that it keeps cool. Great for women of a certain age with hot flashes.

This is the MOST comfortable mattress I've ever slept on! I have Degenerative Bone Disease and, after one of my surgeries, we bought a mattress that cost twice as much as our Tuft and Needle mattress. It also had a 10 year "warranty", but after about six years, it was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep on it. It was a brand name mattress, not a generic one. We have a king size bed, and it folded like a cheap pillow on the way downstairs. We checked out all of the newer mattresses online and chose Tuft and Needle. We chose the BEST!! I no longer wake up in pain, I sleep better than I have in years. The surprise that came in the mail a week later was awesome, and shows the class of the company. T & N is the ONLY mattress I'll ever own, for the rest of my life! I have a few friends now saving up for one as well!
If anyone reads this and is undecided on what mattress to get, get a Tuft and Needle mattress! You WON'T regret it! It's the best sleep I've ever gotten, and the company is very respectable :^} Hard to find these days.

I placed my order on a monday and it arrived the very next day. That alone was super impressive. The quality is great...it is a very comfy mattress...we love it!
