great price, easy delivery, firm mattress (most people I speak to think of foam - out of the box - mattresses as not firm at all), and breaks in comfortably. Also, I don't wake my partner when I roll out of bed, HUGE benefit from our old spring mattress.

We love the mattress but my shoulders ache every morning. Is there something I can do to help that?

I'm sleeping better, but the adjustment period was longer than expected and the bed is a bit soft toward the edges. Not a perfect mattress but overall I'm satisfied

Finding the mattress to be too soft and hurting my back...same as what happened when I bought a Purple. Bed in a box is a gamble since can't lay on it ahead of time at least not locally.

I absolutely love my mattress. It is soft and comfortable but you don't sink into the mattress like other foam beds. I would highly recommend this mattress, I've slept great since it has arrived.
