Bed got here super fast. Set up was easy. Sleeping on the bed has been great. Didn't even have the "break in" period everyone told us to wait for. Our only complaint is lack of edge support, but that seems to be true of all mattresses of this type. Over all we really love the bed

Everything was just as promised. The mattress is comfortable. He likes old school waterbed soft, I like more firm. We are both happy! I've already told so many people.

My wife and I really like the mattress. We've only had spring mattresses before and our previous pillow-top mattress was brutal on our backs. The Tuft & Needle mattress has a very different feel, but is great to sleep on. Very firm. Especially good if you are a side or back sleeper. Very happy with our purchase.

It's a great mattress so far! very firm, not at all the sinking experience that I had thought with a foam mattress. we're still taking the 100 days to make sure, but so far so good!

I have had an excellent experience with Tuft & Needle (10/10). However, I don't have any friends who need mattresses, so it's unlikely I will be making mattress recommendations, so I lowered my rating for that reason.

Love the delivery, support and cost. The bed is a bit too soft for me. Overall happy with it and keeping it.
