there is no sinking sensation when I lay down on the mattress. I feel like my body stretches and that hurts my lower back, hips and joints. I think it is too firm and bouncy for my body. I can only sleep on my sides. I will try it two more weeks. If my lower back pain does not go away i will return it. Thanks..

Customer service was good so far but we don't love the bed. Not sure if not firm enough or what. It is sort of "flat"
Deciding if keeping or not. Sorry!

Best sleep I have ever had, seriously ever! Even with my husband who is 6’3”, our toddler who sleeps like a starfish, our baby & our dog, all in the king size bed, I still can’t feel them tossing and turning and sleep through the night!
