The services and buying experience has been great. I have only been sleeping on the mattress for one week and I'm still not sure about it. I'm giving it the three weeks recommended before I make a decision on if I like it or not. It's not as soft as I would like but I am hoping I will adapt and if I due then my score might change as well.

I think we are going to return it - my wife does not find it very comfortable compared to our previous mattress

I thought this would be a mattress that did not require a box spring but it does. Doesn't really fit standard queen sheets. Overall not what i was hoping for.

Well, for starters, the price was absolutely right. The order process was exceptionally easy, and delivery was 2 days. The mattress itself is the perfect combination of firmness and comfort, and it was definitely one of our best purchases!!!!
