I have slept on my mattress for about 2 weeks now and I knew it would take a little time to adjust to it since I've never had a foam mattress before. The first night I had a wonderful sleep. It is so comfortable! Because I have back problems, it took my back a few days to adjust. The unpacking and setup of the mattress was easy, and I kept my existing box springs. I am very happy with my purchase.

First, I chose this mattress because of the recommendation of a long time friend, an ER nurse for many years who has suffered from hereditary degenerative spinal arthritis & has had at least 3 back surgeries. She loves her Tuft & Needle, so I figured if she finds it a comfortable & supportive mattress, that was a great recommendation!
Second, the price was right, also the ease of ordering, free shipping, free return policy, 10-yr guarantee, quick delivery & packaging making it comparatively easy to get into an upstairs apartment.
I've only slept on it 1 night so far, but I love the way it feels! I'm 65, so I occasionally suffer back pain, & my back feels fine after sleeping on it, & I dlept well.

I haven't had the mattress long enough to thoroughly evaluate. My husband works overseas and I'll be anxious to see how the mattress holds up under his 225 weight

Great bed, great price, setup is simple. Best part is NO chemical smell when opened and rolled out! A little to firm for me but we're getting used to it.

We have tried other boxed mattresses and have had to send them back. The Tuft & Needle mattress is very different from the others! We could tell during unboxing that this one was probably a winner. While the other mattresses provided support with a firmness (too hard for my back), this mattress is soft, yet very supportive. I thought we were going to have to spend thousands of dollars to find a mattress that we liked, but I was wrong!

It was easy to order, it came on time, was easy to follow directions to unroll and use, and it is soooo comfortable. My only complaint...the driver who delivered it left it on my front driveway instead of my porch.
