I am not 100% sold on the mattress yet. We have had it for just under 2 weeks, so I'm giving it some more time before I make a final decision...but I wake up kind of sore. My old mattress hurt my lower back, and with this mattress my shoulders hurt, and I can't seem to find a pillow that works with it, so I wake up with a sore neck as well. My husband likes it better than our old mattress so I'm hoping that I just need some time for my body to get used to it. We'll see!

The ordering process was simple with no hassling to order other products. Delivery was quick. The matress was easy to unpack and move! The mattress itself is ridiculously comfortable! All in all I would recommend this product to anyone!!

When my first mattress was lost by FEDEX, Tuft & Needle sent a replacement, no questions asked. Very comfortable and looks great.

It would have been 10 but taking the outside bag was a hassle particularly for older adults. It's the way they seal that outer bag

I have been very impressed with the comfort of this mattress and how well I have slept compared to the mattress I replaced. I didn't even realize my last mattress was causing me some back aches until it was gone.
