So far, I love the mattress, but I have only had it for a brief period of time. The ordering process and the delivery was great. Better than expected. I though the mattress would be heavier and harder to handle, not so. So far, happy customer.

We've had the mattress a short time and seem to be sleeping better. I like their trial period and no nonsense guarantee.

It took a week to adjust to the bed - but now I love it! No chemical smell and the bed does not sleep hot.

Delivery right to your door, comfortable, no need for a box spring. You stand behind your brand. I don't have an issue with my mattress but if I did, I'm confident it will be resolved.

So far it is very comfortable. If it was a little firmer I would give it a 10. However it's only been 11 days so I may just need more time to get used to it.
