Ease of delivery and setup. Comfortable for sleeping, no aches and pains. NO smell like with other foam products. The only downside is it's not as cool as I thought it would be (i.e. doesn't draw away heat).

I've only had the bed for a couple of weeks so a 10 is unwarranted but so far I really enjoy it.

I think it will be an 8, but I still have the mattress on the flor and not on a bed frame.
The bed is very comfortable.
