Bed is to firm, I was hoping for a softer feel. We are adding
a 3lbs memory foam topper that should rectify the problem.

At first I was sending it back. I now love it and my husband loves it as well. When you sit on the end and you are not far enough back it's a little soft. Sleeping on it is great!

Living in NYC, shopping for large items is hard, and getting them to the third floor is even harder. You all solved both problems and gave us an incredible mattress, to boot. Thank you!
