So far, so good. We've had our new mattress a little over two weeks and we both have slept well each night. No back or shoulder pain, very comfortable.

We verdict is still out on the bed. I wake up without back pain and aches but my wife still does. Giving it another week or so then will decide whether to keep it or return it.
