I do not have any recommendations to improve the experience. Easy to order, arrived quickly and in good condition and so far I am very happy with the mattress

THE FIRMNESS!!!! I love the FIRMNESS!!! I actually think your mattresses might've even been a bit more firm 3 years ago. Have you changed your design since 2016? I bought a queen size in '16 thats still incredible! Then we got a twin XL 2 werks ago for guest room...its really nice but doesnt feel as firm...? But we still love your products

I have had the Tuft & Needle mattress for about two weeks and for the first few days, I woke up with an extremely sore back. It's not easy for me to get comfortable and fall asleep. My back hasn't been as sore lately, but I still feel like I'm not getting a good night's sleep. My husband loves it, so I'm not sure yet if we'll keep it.
