It is the perfect balance of firm and soft! Simple to set up and the best price around. The one thing that made the difference was the quality of the materials and commitment to the environment. It is now our favorite mattress In the house!

Everything. This is my 3rd mattress I have a California King, a Queen and a King mattress. I order, they came within a week or less and I use them that night. I’ve never had a single problem and I recommend Tuft & Needle to everyone. They are the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever owned and I’m 61 years old!
