Comfort, quality, value, and ease of purchase. This is my 3rd T&N mattress and I've already recommended them to friends.

Ordering was easy, delivery fast, good instructions on how to open up. Was a tad heavier than anticipated to get up three flights of winding stairs! Have yet to sleep on it but seems great.

The bed is pretty firm so I put a topper on it and now it's perfect

Like the bed but wish I could get it in longer size for a tall person.
