So far I think I like it. On my previous mattress I have been sleeping 5 hours a night. Not sure if that's because I was uncomfortable. The first night I tried the Tuft and Needle I slept straight through for 9 hours and woke up with no back pain that I usually have. I've slept on it for about a week now and so far so good.
Shipping was another issue. You guys sent it right away but because of Memorial day holiday and Fedex not leaving it at my house without a signature I had to go to a Fedex facility to pick it up . So with that it took 6 days to receive.

The most comfortable bed ever! We threw out our sleep number bed and slept on an inflatable bed for two months trying to decide which bed to get. We were so ready for comfort and that's what we go the very first night. Thank you!

We've had a T&N mattress for a couple of years now, and we love it. Just added 2 more mattresses for our girls. The only feedback that I would offer is to make the inner and outer plastic wrap different colors, in order to make unwrapping easier. 3 times out of 3, I cut open the inner wrap while trying to only cut the outer wrap. Once it's on the bed, though, this mattress is more comfortable than some that cost 3 times as much.
