We are very satisfied with all aspects of the buying process and the mattress itself. Your warranty seemed to be very straight forward and less dramatic as other companies, which made me believe you are more confident in your product.

Before my Tuft & Needle mattress purchase I would wake up every two or so hours of sleep. I stayed a a family members house and after the third night I took off the bedding to get the name of that heavenly mattress. Tuft & Needle! I laid back down and ordered one for my very own.
I sleep through the night now.
Thank you Tuft & Needle!

I was unprepared for just how soft the mattress is. It's a big adjustment. I wouldn't suggest it for someone who sleeps on their back or isn't thin.
