We are still getting used to it. Seems to be great, but still some stiffness. Got new pilllows which has helped.

The website was very easy to navigate. It was super easy to order my mattress. I couldn't believe how fast it was shipped to my home. Extremely easy to set up. My mattress is so comfortable. I haven't had any issues so far, but I know if I do for whatever reason, customer service will co.e through.
